RISE INITIATIVES
R.I.S.E Youth Development Program

RISE Youth Development Program
The RISE Youth Development Program is a three-phase journey that helps at-risk youth build confidence, discipline, and purpose through the principles of Respect, Integrity, Strength, and Empowerment.

-
Phase 1: R.I.S.E. – A 5-session introduction focused on mindset, respect, and personal growth.
-
Phase 2: RISE & Grind – Participants are picked up at 4:30 a.m. for early morning training sessions, building discipline, resilience, and accountability through fitness, mentoring, and consistency.
-
Phase 3: The Complete RISE – Brings it all together, challenging participants to apply what they’ve learned and finish strong with a boxing match that represents control, strength, and respect.

The King’s Club is a free men’s-only space built on brotherhood, growth, and strength. It’s more than just fitness — it’s a community. Designed as an oasis for men’s mental health, the King’s Club provides a safe, empowering environment where men can train at their own pace, connect with others, and build resilience together.

Founder of RISE Community Foundation
Name: Satali ( Tali )
The RISE Community Foundation is built from the life experiences of its founder, Satali — a professional athlete who has captained Australian teams in boxing multiple times, a combat engineer in the Australian Army, and a dedicated mental health worker at Kanangra, the mental health hospital based in Morisset.

Satali’s life philosophy is simple yet powerful:
“to obtain that of which others cannot take.”
For him, that means finding purpose through service — helping others rise above their struggles and discover their own strength.

“You can take my house, my car, my money, but you can’t take the feeling I get from helping others.”

Vision Mission Values
Vision
A community where people are empowered to rise above adversity, take responsibility for their lives, and contribute positively to those around them.
Mission
To strengthen the wellbeing, resilience, and connection of individuals and communities through values-based mentoring, physical activity, and personal development.
We exist to foster Respect, Integrity, Strength, and Empowerment (RISE) across all ages, supporting positive mental health, personal responsibility, and strong community relationships.
Values
R - Respect
Respect begins with the individual. At RISE, we believe the first person you must respect is yourself—your body, your mind, and your choices. When people learn to value themselves, they naturally seek and build relationships with others who do the same. From this foundation, genuine mutual respect is formed, creating healthier individuals, stronger relationships, and safer communities.
I - Integrity
S - Strength
Integrity is the compass that guides every decision we make. It is the commitment to truth, accountability, and consistency between our values and our actions. At RISE, integrity means choosing what is right—even when it is difficult—and maintaining clarity of purpose without compromising one’s reality, character, or principles.
Strength is essential to uphold respect and integrity. At RISE, strength goes beyond the physical—it includes resilience, discipline, and the courage to take responsibility for one’s own life and actions. As strength grows, so does maturity, creating the capacity to carry responsibility not only for oneself, but, when ready, for the wellbeing of others. Strength allows values to endure through life’s challenges.
E - Empowerment
Empowerment is strength evolved. It is power earned through personal growth, discipline, and self-mastery—then shared to uplift others. At RISE, we reject forms of power rooted in control, manipulation, or force. True empowerment creates opportunity, builds confidence, and fosters leadership that strengthens communities rather than dominating them.
